God is Working It Out
This sermon explores Romans 8:28 and the importance of trusting God's sovereignty over our lives, particularly during times of crisis and uncertainty. Pastor Bernard emphasizes that our identity in Christ equips us to handle every situation life presents. Using the metaphor of letting Jesus take the wheel, the message challenges believers to surrender complete control to God, trusting that He sees the whole picture of our lives even when we only see disconnected pieces. The sermon addresses the tension between human experience and divine promises, reminding us that God uses all experiences—good, bad, and bitter—to accomplish His purposes and bring us to our divine destinies. The central truth is that all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose, not our own definition of good, but God's good that brings Him glory.
