Our 7 core values

"They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. And all the believers were together and had all things in common" (Acts 2:42–44 NASB)

In keeping with Acts 2:42-7, this church has seven core values through which it fulfills its mission in the world:

Teaching

Promotes learning among God’s people and a response of personal obedience to the scriptures

Fellowship

The church is not like a family; it is a family united by the blood of Jesus Christ and we are members of one another

Observance of the Sacraments

The diligent practice of Baptism and Communion as commanded in the Bible

Prayer

In Matthew 21:13, Jesus declared that His church should be called a “House of Prayer” not relegated to a physical building but practiced by every believer

Care for One Another

A living out of the “one anothers” in the New Testament, we are called to take care of one another, rejoice and mourn with one another, amongst our many relational responsibilities

Worship

Worship has as its primary goal of expressing to God the esteem which His people hold for Him

Continuous Evangelism

Outreach touches the communities at large with the Good News of Jesus Christ and the salvation He offers
